Excellence in Business and elsewhere: Steve Covey and Tom Peters

The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Steve Covey
I have read a lot of so-called "self-help" books regarding both business and relationship issues. This is absolutely the best of breed; if you have never read a book like this, start with this one. I cannot recommend this title strongly enough.
First Things First, Steve Covey
Goes into more detail concerning Personal Mission Statements, and other things. We are all swamped with too much to do, too much email, too many phone calls, too much to learn, etc., in our business and personal lives. Putting "First Things First" is the only way to live, not merely survive, and achieve the truly important goals.
Principle-Centered Leadership, Steve Covey
Seven habits applied to leadership.
In Search of Excellence, Tom Peters
This series has been around for a while now. But how many companies have yet to learn these lessons?
A Passion for Excellence, Tom Peters and Nancy Austin
Thriving on Chaos, Tom Peters
My personal favorite of this series, it is hard to believe this book has been out for over 10 years. Have things gotten less chaotic? Embrace change or be left behind.
Liberation Management, Tom Peters
Excellence updated for the 90's.
